Annual Meeting, Boot Camp, Guest Registration

The registration form is below these instructions. Please review our Annual Meeting FAQ before completing the form or contacting the VEBA staff. Included are some of the most common questions asked by our members regarding registration and the meeting itself.

After submission, you should receive an immediate popup confirmation with a registration ID. Additionally, notification emails will be sent to both the contact email and the attendee email (if any). It is your responsibility to keep the information for your records. If you encounter issues, contact Josepha Thompson at jthompson@galaxva.com. Do not submit duplicate forms to correct registrations.

Please do NOT type responses in ALL CAPS.

Register Guests by choosing the Guest Badge Type. This will display Guest meal options.

Contact Info for Person Completing Form

If submitting this form for someone else, assure that they are informed and enter their email in the Attendee Email field. Notifications will be sent to both emails.

Valid email address.

Name of person this form is for. A form is required for all attendees including guests.

Only enter an Attendee email address if it is different from the Contact email address so the attendee can be notified of the registration.

Email address of the actual attendee if it differs from contact.

Be sure to click the Locality dropdown arrow for the listing of counties and cities.

Choose your locality from the dropdown.

To register a guest, click the Guest Badge Type. Optional meals and costs will display. Guests may not attend meeting and training sessions.

Fees for meeting sessions and Boot Camp

If your locality has not paid its 2025 dues, a $100 surcharge will be required for the Annual Meeting. Guest meal costs display only if the Guest badge type is selected.

(Includes four meals)

Registrants who have not paid dues will be required to pay $100 to attend Boot Camp.

Price: $100.00
Boot camp fee for non Electoral Members.

Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions we should be aware of if you are participating in meals.

All payments must be received by March 13, 2026 including payments for guest meals. If paying by credit card, a 3% surcharge will automatically be applied.
