2026 Annual Meeting Agenda, Map, Meals

Registration and opportunities for meal tickets have expired.

Check-in times for the meeting: Monday: 8:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. Tuesday: 7:30 a.m.
Note these times are for the meeting registration NOT the hotel.

The registration desk will be in the same place as last year – the Grand Ballroom Foyer.

 Meal Options Available Through VEBA

Opportunities for the Annual Meeting meal options have expired.

Sunday Dinner: On your own. For your convenience, the Jefferson’s Restaurant will be open. Make reservations soon!

Monday Breakfast:  On your own. Boot campers should grab something if desired.

Monday Lunch: Lunch will be provided for preregistered Boot Camp attendees. Attendees must have tickets.

Monday Evening Vendor Reception:  Enjoy an extravagant surf and turf buffet while meeting the vendors and sponsors who contribute to the success of our elections and meeting. Guests are welcome without tickets.

Tuesday Buffet Breakfast: Optional charge for preregistered guests with tickets.

Tuesday Buffet Lunch: Included in members fee. Optional charge for preregistered guests with tickets.

Tuesday Seated Dinner: Included in members fee. Optional charge for preregistered guests with tickets.

Wednesday Buffet Breakfast: Included in members fee. Optional charge for preregistered guests with tickets.
