2025 VEBA ANNUAL MEETING
The Virginia Electoral Board Association Board and Committee members are planning our 2025 annual meeting that will take place from Sunday to Tuesday, March 23-25. The 2025 meeting will be special as we will celebrate 50 years of the organization.
Join us for special sessions on timely topics related to elections and notable featured speakers. As well, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and share information with your colleagues to increase your knowledge of election processes.

the meeting venue
The 2025 Annual Meeting will take place at the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs.
In addition to being an extraordinarily beautiful mountain retreat, the Homestead has a rich history as America’s oldest resort. It predates the signing of the Declaration of Independence, having been built in 1766 as an 18-room lodge.
Over twenty U.S. presidents have stayed at at the Resort, and it has been designated a National Historic Landmark.
