Join us for the celebration of a milestone at our 2025 Meeting
VEBA will commemorate its 50th anniversary from Sunday to Tuesday, March 23-25, 2025 at the beautiful Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia.
The meeting will include guest speakers, breakout sessions, special recognition, and a look back through the years of the association.
Attendees will enjoy an elegant and delicious, seated, served dinner, on Monday evening for a more relaxed, enjoyable setting.
As always, members will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from across the Commonwealth and enhance their knowledge of election processes.
Meeting Venue – The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa
In addition to being an extraordinarily beautiful mountain retreat, the Omni Homestead has a rich history as America’s oldest resort. It predates the signing of the Declaration of Independence, having been built in 1766 as an 18-room lodge nestled in the Allegheny Mountains.
Over twenty U.S. presidents have stayed at the Resort. It has been designated a National Historic Landmark and makes up most of the city of Hot Springs, Virginia.

This year’s Annual Meeting will include a special treat at the Monday evening dinner.
We will have music featuring the 16 Valves Tuba Quartet founded by Larry Haake, Chesterfield, Virginia.
2025 Legislative Day: Special Honor From Our Legislators
On January 28th, a group of members traveled to the capitol in Richmond on VEBA’s Legislative Day.
They had the opportunity to speak with their local congressional representatives on behalf of VEBA.
The highlight of Legislative Day was being present for special recognition from the Virginia General Assembly commemorating our 50 years of service.
We appreciate the hard work of our Legislative Committee in organizing this very special event.
It was exciting witnessing this special moment in the history of VEBA.
